RalphC of SELLWHM brought my biz down

I had bought dedicated server from SellWHM, who in´turn was reseller of BURST. Everything seemed to be going fine for 2 months suddenly, my server was down for no reason.

I contacted him for support, no reply.
Later when i check WebHostingTalk, i found he was trying to sell that comany to some other person. But why was my server down ?
It came to my knowledge that he had outstanding bills with BURST so BURST had to shut down all HIS servers.

Now i became the scapegoat.

While i had made all payments, HE IS NOT REFUNDING MY PAYMENT nor compensating for my loss.

WHAT SHOULD I DO to kick this bastards ass !

SellWHM is under new management and is giving all old clients 3 months free and if they don't have your account set up with in 24 Hours you will get an extra 3 months so that would be 6 months free.

The only thing we cant give free is VPS and DEDICATED servers but we are able to give 25% discount on them.
